1. Due to the special nature of the kit, components cannot be returned or exchanged once soldered. Please check all parts immediately upon receipt. Contact customer service within 48 hours for any missing or incorrect items. DIY tube amplifier assembly requires some basic knowledge. Our store provides diagrams, photos, and comprehensive technical support. If you find DIY challenging, please consider purchasing our assembled units.
2. Our products are DIY kits. It is difficult to achieve perfection, and they cannot be extremely flawless. For any opinions or suggestions, please contact customer service. We will strive to resolve issues.
3. We will carefully pack each tube amplifier. Upon receipt, please inspect the packaging thoroughly first. If damaged, refuse acceptance and contact us immediately. Otherwise, we may not be able to assist.
4. This tube amplifier does not include power cords or audio cables.
5. The tube amplifier must be connected to speakers before powering on. This is because the output transformer requires a load; otherwise, it can easily be damaged.
