Order Processing Time

We are dedicated to getting your order to you as efficiently as possible.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Some of our products, such as handmade or custom-built items, may require a longer preparation time. Therefore, our standard processing window is 1 to 7 business days.


Order Cancellation

If you have requested to cancel your order but the item has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs if you choose not to accept the delivery, as per our return policy.

Shipping Fees

Your shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The final cost depends on the destination and the shipping method you choose.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (IMPORTANT)

  • For EU & UK: All orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We handle all VAT and import duties—the price at checkout is your final price. No extra fees upon delivery.

  • For USA & Global: We use optimized shipping channels to ensure smooth customs clearance. Most orders are delivered tax-free under local thresholds.

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


How to Start a Return

  • Defective or Damaged Items (DOA): If your product arrives damaged or has functional issues, we take full responsibility. We will provide a full refund or a free replacement—no need to worry about high return shipping costs.

  • 30-Day Peace of Mind: If you simply change your mind, contact us. We offer localized return options in major regions (USA/EU) whenever possible to ensure you don't have to pay for expensive international shipping to China.

  • Easy Support: Our goal is a 100% satisfaction rate. Every return request is handled case-by-case to find the fastest and most cost-effective solution for you.


Return Shipping Costs

  • For Non-Defective Items (Buyer's Remorse): You (the customer) are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items (DOA): Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and cover the appropriate shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card).
