Superior 300B Operation: The 300B tubes feature DC heater supply for a quiet background. A multi-turn precision potentiometer is used for fine bias balance adjustment. The result is an exceptionally low noise floor – only a faint hum is audible with your ear pressed against a 90dB sensitivity speaker.
Effective Driver Stage: Utilizes Shuguang 6J8P pentode tubes to drive the 300B outputs, achieving over 9W per channel. Ideal for speakers with 4-8 ohm impedance and sensitivity above 88dB.
Genuine Class A Performance: Rated at 9W+9W. Thanks to the inherent overload tolerance of tubes and the pure Class A operation of all stages, the actual clean output power is comparable to a 50W+50W transistor amplifier, while delivering low distortion, sweet and smooth tonality, and high listenability.
Quality Components: Employs high-precision (1% tolerance) metal film resistors and imported electrolytic capacitors. The main power supply filter uses a PHILIPS capacitor, supplemented by Japanese brand capacitors.
Advanced Power Filtering: A multi-stage C-L-R-C filter network (utilizing a 10H 0.25A choke) ensures a high signal-to-noise ratio and clean power delivery.
Heavy-Duty Transformers:
Power Transformer: 230W rated capacity (Model: ZL1145001), designed for low operating temperature.
Output Transformer: 30W rated, crafted with Japanese Z11 lamination cores, optimized for a 3.5K primary impedance (Model: OP964502).
Choke: 250mA, 8H rating (EI66x28 core).
All transformers and chokes are wound with 4N (99.99%) Oxygen-Free Copper (OFC) wire.
Premium Coupling Capacitors: A combination of domestic premium Jianghai oil-filled capacitors in parallel with Japanese Tokyo Electronics TE MKP film capacitors (copper leads). This blend produces a rich, full-bodied tone with delicate, transparent highs.
Tube Complement: Includes Linlai 5U4G rectifier × 1, Shuguang 6J8P driver tubes × 2, and Linlai 300B power tubes × 2.
Tube Rolling Options: Performance can be enhanced by swapping the 6J8P for Nanking or European/American equivalents.
5U4G can be replaced by: 5Z3P, 5AR4, 5Z4P, 274B.
6J8P can be replaced by: 6SJ7, 6米8 (6*8). The Western Electric 717A is highly recommended.
Thoughtful Layout: The circuit board is designed with a strict star-grounding scheme for low noise. The power supply board and amplifier board are separated, further enhancing the high signal-to-noise ratio.

Chassis Materials: Top plate: 2mm thick painted steel. Base plate: 1.5mm thick painted steel with ventilation grilles. The wooden frame is made from solid 20mm thick Sapele wood (not veneer), ensuring sturdiness and resistance to warping. Gold-plated feet.
